Change and Cancellation Policy

We understand that your plans may change thus we have designed a flexible cancellation policy that helps you and also supports our chauffeurs:

Policy for Individuals or groups of 10 passengers or less:

Changes or cancellation are allowed up to 24 hours prior to service. If changes or cancellation occurs inside of 24 hours a 50% penalty fee will be assessed.

No shows will be charged full service price.

Policy for Groups of 11 passengers or more:

Changes or cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to service. If changes or cancellation occur inside of 24 hours a 50% penalty fee will be assessed.

No shows will be charged full service price.

Waiting Time Policy

Our industry leading grace periods are:

Airport Arrivals / Domestic Flights:

45 minutes

Airport Arrivals / International Flights:

75 minutes

Cruise Terminal Pick-Up:

30 minutes

All other pick-ups:

10 minutes

Waiting Time Fee:

After the grace period expires you will be charged wait time. Wait Time is $1/minute.

Other Fees

Additional stops, parking, and tolls will be added to your price total once the ride has been completed.

Additional stops will be calculated based on the waiting time at $1/minute.

Parking and tolls will be charged directly at cost, no surcharge will be added.

Car seats or booster seats will be charged at $20.

Gratuity

A standard 20% gratuity has already been included in your final bill. Additional gratuity can be added at your discretion.

Damage Fees

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. The fee for each carpet or seat burn is $100.00. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the service without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all of the vehicles of our fleet.

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

Other Policies

Miami Net Limos is not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances must be paid to the chauffer on the date of the service before the start of the ride. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
